RETURN POLICY (personalized Items):
Personalized items are not eligible for return. Thank you for understanding.
RETURN POLICY (non-personalized items):
Non-personalized items include those with design stamps on them. Returns are accepted on these products if you notify me within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and returned in its original condition, preferably in the box it was delivered in (or some other protective package), within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items are not eligible for return.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet from a processed return, first check your bank account again. Next please contact your credit card company. All banks/credit cards have different processing times. It may take some time for your refund to process and post. Next contact your bank. If you have done all of this multiple times, and given it three full weeks from the date of processing on my end, please contact me at TheSpiritFactory@gmail.com.
